The process
Jackie gets to know each child in their own words, quickly understanding what makes them “tick” — then uses cutting-edge, client-centred techniques to help change happen.
Call or message Jackie for a free, no-pressure chat about what your child is going through.
Sessions happen wherever your child feels most comfortable — your home, their school, or another familiar place.
Working within your child's own “map of the world,” Jackie uses engaging, often fun techniques — because change happens more easily that way.
Most children need just 2–5 sessions to feel the difference — calmer, more confident, and back to being themselves.
In their words
“Without your help in those sessions, I wouldn't be who I am now. I now have little to no issues with my anger, I am the happiest.”
“We have seen a massive difference in our daughter. She has a different outlook on life and is so much happier in herself.”
“I have been able to manage my emotions a lot better and deal with situations that I had before found difficult.”
